"Quick spaghetti for hungry mouths - ready in no time, plus super tasty."

Ingredients

  • vienna sausages - 3 - 4
  • spaghetti - 1/3 of a packet (depending on how many servings it's for)
  • tomatoes - 6 - 7
  • savory - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
measures

How to make

Cut the Vienna sausages into small pieces. Peel the tomatoes and grate them in a bowl. Then salt them.

Pour water in a pot and put it on a heated stove to come to a boil. Salt it and pour the oil in it. Once the water starts boiling, add the spaghetti and cover with a lid. Boil for as long as it says on the packet.

In the meantime, braise the Vienna sausages in a pan with heated oil. Season as desired (can sprinkle with black pepper or savory). Once the Vienna sausages are ready, pour the tomato sauce over them, stir and leave to simmer. Add 1-2 pinches savory.

Once the spaghetti are fully cooked, drain off the water and add them to the prepared sauce. Stir well, so the spaghetti mix well with the sauce. Leave them as is for 5 min., then take off the stove. You can serve them sprinkled with cheese.
