How to make
Wash the fresh potatoes very well, without peeling them. Cut each potato in 2.
Salt them on all sides and arrange the halved potatoes in a tray smeared with butter.
Pour in a small cup of water. Put pieces of butter between the potatoes.
Put them to bake and once they redden, take them out and leave them for a bit to take in the butter flavor.
Finally, sprinkle with dill and black pepper.
