  • peppers - 6
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • rice - 1/2 cup (130 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • salt

  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

  • yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 2

How to make

Braise the mince. Add the onions and carrot. Once braised a bit, add the rice and tomato paste. Add the spices and pour in water. Cut the peppers into 2 halves. Once the filling is nearly ready and some of the water has evaporated, fill them.

Arrange them in an oven dish, put 2 slices of tomato on each pepper. Pour in water and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 30-35 min. Take them out and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for several min. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and flour.

Pour in some of the liquid in which you had baked the peppers (if it's not enough, pour in more). Heat it on the stove and boil about 10 min. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the peppers in the sauce.
