How to make
Cut the meat into pieces, sprinkle them with parsley, finely chopped onions and black pepper.
Add the finely chopped peppers, mustard, cumin and stir everything really well. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
Distribute the meat and butter into clay pots, put the lids on and bake in the oven.
Before you take them out, pour a whipped egg into each clay pot, sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese. Finish baking.
