  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 5 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt

  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • breadcrumbs - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • garlic sauce
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves

How to make

Grate the cheese in a bowl. Add the eggs, salt and the flour stirred with the baking powder.

Stir the mixture, cover with foil and put it in the freezer until it hardens.

Form small balls. Roll each ball in the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in heated oil.

Mash the garlic and stir it with the yoghurt and mayonnaise.

Serve the sauce with the fried cheese balls.
