How to make
Chop the ingredients, excluding the sauerkraut leaves, and mix them with the spices. Wrap the resulting mixture in the sauerkraut leaves.
Finely chop the middle part of the cabbage and season with oil, black pepper and spices. Pour it into the container in which you intend to bake the sauerkraut rolls.
Arrange the sauerkraut rolls on top and pour in 2 cups warm water. Sprinkle with a little paprika and cover the container.
Bake the dish at 390°F (200 °C) until ready.
