Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups (700 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Sift the flour, make a well in it, add the eggs, salt and sugar.

Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the flour, kneading until you get a smooth and stretchy dough.

Cover it with a towel and leave it to rest for 30 min. Divide the ready dough into 2 equal parts.

Roll out each one into a round sheet and cut out squares or triangles. Fry them in heated oil on both sides until golden.

You can cut the dough using a ring or glass into round forms. Or use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes for the kids.
