How to make
Pour 1 cup of the warm milk in a bowl, add the sugar, yeast and 1 tbsp flour, leave it to activate. Whisk the eggs with the remaining products, sift the flour and knead a nice, smooth dough.
Leave it covered in a warm area to rise and divide it into 4 parts, each one smaller than the previous. From the largest part, roll out a sheet, smear it with lard and sprinkle with feta cheese, roll it up into a roll and cut it into smaller 1/2″ (1 cm) rolls, arrange these along the walls of the oven dish.
Divide the 2nd largest part of dough into 2, form a smooth, large ball from 1 part, set it aside. From the other part, roll out a sheet, cut it into strips and wrap the ball in them - have the ball be in the center.
Roll out the smaller piece of dough as well. Smear it and wrap into a roll, cut it into smaller rolls and place them between the larger rolls that you've placed in the oven dish.
From the smallest piece of dough, create the decoration. Color it with dye, form it into thin pleats and shape a large and small heart from them.
Leave the pita to rise, then smear it with the yolk, sprinkle with sesame and bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for about 40 min.
