How to make
Blend the biscuits and almonds in a blender to crumbs. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and leave it to cool.
Melt a little butter, smear the baking form with it and put it in the fridge to cool.
Beat the rest of the butter with the sugar to foam. Add the orange zest of 1 orange and the eggs 1 by 1.
Then add the blended to crumbs biscuits, almonds and cocoa and continue stirring until homogeneous. Next, add the chocolate, stir and put it in the baking form.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (175 °C) oven for about 35-40 min.
Drain the juice from the 2 oranges. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into slices and syrup it with the orange juice.
I decorated by cutting out stars from the orange rinds using forms. They're not for eating, I made them for an eye-catching effect, my improvisation.
