  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • milk - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make

Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar. Add the milk, oil and all remaining products, excluding the cocoa. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

In a buttered form, pour 1/2 of the mixture. Add the cocoa to the rest and stir thoroughly. Add the cocoa mixture to the other one.

Bake the cake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Check to see if it's ready by poking it with a toothpick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
