"When I learn to resist cakes, I`m going to lose weight. But for now I just can`t resist this fluffy cake with pears and eggs!"

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g), white
  • pears - 3
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 6 tablespoons
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 1 tsp, dry
  • baking powder - 1 tsp

How to make

Wash and clean the pears. Cut half of them into small pieces, and the rest into slices. Beat the butter and sugar (set 2 tablespoons aside) with a mixer and add the eggs one at a time, and the vanilla.

Then gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Finally, pour in the milk and whip until you get a uniform consistency.

Stir the mixture gently with the chopped pears and pour it into a greased and floured cake pan or form. Arrange pear slices on top and sprinkle it with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Bake the cake with pears for an hour in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
