How to make

In a bowl, mix the mince with the finely chopped onions. Add the egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Knead well and leave in the fridge while you prepare the sauce.

Chop the onion and garlic for the sauce. Braise them in heated oil. Add the paprikash (mashed/blended ahead of time) and the spices. Leave the sauce to boil about 15-20 min. Take the sauce off the stove.

Take the mince out of the fridge. Form 20 small balls from it. Roll them in flour and distribute 5 in each clay pot (buttered). Distribute the sauce in them.

Bake the clay pots at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 min.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the grated cheese and stir. Take the clay pots out of the oven. Distribute the mixture over the meatballs and return to the oven for 10 more min. or until crisped.

Serve the clay pots sprinkled with chopped parsley.
