How to make
Combine the mince with the rice (4-5 tbsp), cumin, black pepper, savory. Knead well and form meatballs, roll them in flour well.
In 4-5 tbsp oil, braise the meatballs lightly, turning them over carefully on all sides. Remove the fried meatballs from the oil and put the grated onions in their place, to saute with a little water, smoked paprika (1 tsp) and curry (1 tsp).
Once all the water evaporates, sprinkle on 1 tbsp flour, pour in more water (6 1/5 cups (1.5 L)) and once it comes to a boil, add the fried meatballs back in. Boil until the rice in the meatballs is fully cooked.
5 min. before removing the dish from the stove, add the chopped into pieces quince. Also add the tomato paste and 1 tsp flour which you've mixed with a little water. Serve the dish warm. It has a slightly sour taste.
