How to make
Crumble the chocolate and melt it with the butter until you get a smooth cream.
Remove from the heat and leave it to cool, then mix it with the butter. Add the rum and beaten egg yolks 1 by 1.
Beat the egg whites and add them to the chocolate mixture. Pour the mousse into forms and cool for 2-3 hours. Garnish with cream and serve.
