How to make
Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Cover a square baking form with baking paper. Knead the eggs, yoghurt, feta cheese and 4 tbsp olive oil very well. Add salt if needed.
Lay out the dough sheets and cover them with a moist towel. Cover the baking form with 4 sheets, while smearing each individual sheet with olive oil using a brush.
Pour half the feta cheese mixture on top. Arrange another 4 sheets, pressing on them a little so that they can fit in the baking form.
Distribute the other half of the mixture, cover with another 4 sheets, while smearing olive oil between each. Pierce the surface with a fork all over. Bake for about 25-30 min.
