Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sauce
  • tomatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • basil
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g), or parmesan

How to make

Chop the onion and garlic finely and braise them in the olive oil. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and boil until thickened. Add the spices, sugar and salt to taste.

After 5 min., remove from the heat. Pour the oil in a pan. Form small balls from the mince (as for meatball soup).

Fry them in the heated oil. Boil the spaghetti according to package directions.

Strain them and distribute into plates. Pour sauce on top and place several meatballs in each plate. Sprinkle with parmesan or cheese.
