How to make
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Tenderize both types of meat into thin steaks.
Smear the pork steaks with the mayonnaise mixture. Arrange the chicken fillets on top and a piece of cheese on top of them.
Wrap them up into tight rolls and roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs at the end. Fry them in heated oil until golden.
You have to fry them at a lower temperature, so they don't end up raw on the inside. Another option is to bake them in the oven.
