How to make
Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the oil and milk, then knead a dough. If needed, add a little more milk or flour, depending on how the dough ends up.
Roll out the ready dough to a thickness of about 1/8. Cut out shapes as desired (I made bats since Halloween is coming).
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready (about 7-10 min.)
