How to make
Chop the pork ribs coarsely. In a bowl, mix the oil with the lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, oregano, savory, pressed garlic cloves and paprika. Stir well.
Sprinkle the ribs with a little salt and black pepper. Smear them thoroughly with the marinade on all sides and leave them for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
Smear an oven dish with oil and arrange the ribs, pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) cabbage juice and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake until the meat reddens and gains a crispy crust. Serve with slices of lemon.
