How to make
Cut the meat into small bites.
Wash the onions and cut them into crescents. In a bowl, season the meat by rolling it in the oil and salt to taste. Then pour it into a hot pan.
Stir often. Once the meat crisps a bit, pour in the onions and butter, stir for another 1-2 min. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper, savory and chopped parsley.
Stir for another 2-3 min., then remove from the stove and serve.
