How to make
Activate the yeast with 1 cup cool water. Add the sugar and a little flour, stir.
After the yeast rises, add it to the sifted flour, add salt, break the eggs into the mixture, while setting aside 1 yolk for spreading.
Add the oil and yoghurt. Stir and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to double in volume in a warm area, smear its surface with oil and cover with foil.
Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll out each one into a sheet. Cut out circles using a glass. Make 4 cuts (equidistant) toward the middle, without going all the way through.
Put about 1 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese in the middle. Lift each petal and press the one opposite from it over it, forming a rose.
Arrange the roses in an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Spread them with the beaten egg yolk, leave them to rise briefly and bake until golden in a moderate oven.
While still warm, sprinkle with a little water and wrap with a towel so that they soften while they cool.
