"We tried these tender pork ribs and fresh potatoes you made and... just know you`ve made some new friends for life."

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 17.5 oz (500 g), no fat
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g), fresh
  • tomatoes - 2
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley - dry + 2 - 3 bunches fresh
  • onions - 1 head
  • oil - 1/2 cup
measures

How to make

Boil the pork ribs until semi-cooked. Peel the onion and cut it finely. Saute it in the oil.

Add the peeled and chopped potatoes and tomatoes. Saute briefly, stirring from time to time.

Add the paprika. Pour in the strained broth from the ribs, while also adding them.

Cook on low heat until the dish is left mostly in just oil (the potatoes and ribs need to soften). Season with salt, dried parsley and black pepper.

Serve with fresh bunches of parsley.
