Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 1 medium - sized head
  • carrots - 1
  • celery - dried or fresh
  • champignons - 5 - 6
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • all purpose spice - 2 tsp, for pasta
  • penne - 9 oz (250 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (270 ml)
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Chop the vegetables finely. Put the olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, champignons and mince in the multicooker.

Press MENU, choose FRY. Select COOKING TIME and put it at 13 min. Press START.

Let it fry for 8 min., then pour in the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, garlic, spices and red wine. Continue to FRY.

Add the pasta and water in simultaneously. Choose STEW and put it at 30 min. Close the lid and press START.

Serve the ready pasta dish with grated parmesan or other cheese of your choice.
