How to make
Chop the fruits and nuts. Whisk the eggs separately. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, orange zest and vanilla to the eggs.
Mix these ingredients together until you get a smooth dough. Pour in the fruits and nuts and stir once more. Transfer the resulting mixture to a greased form.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 40 min. Pour powdered sugar over the ready cake.
