How to make
Cut the chicken into pieces, salt them and smear them with the cream. Braise them on both sides in the butter until golden. Arrange them in a plate.
Cut the onions finely and braise until golden. Add them to the chicken. Add the washed and drain raisins and dried prunes.
Pour in a little warm water, put a lid on and saute on medium heat for 20 min.
Serve, pouring the sauce from the sauteing over the meat and sprinkling with finely chopped parsley.
