How to make
Cut the bacon into strips with a width of 1″ (2.5 cm) and a length of about 2 1/2″ (6.5 cm), and wrap a strip around the dried fruit. Then stick a toothpick through it to keep in place.
Make the rest of the rolls the same way, as many as you like, put them in a lightly buttered baking dish and place in a preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes, until the bacon browns.
You can use prunes, dates or other dried fruit.
