Ingredients

  • dried fruits - 17.5 oz (500 g) plums, apples, apricots, cherries...
  • honey - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 stick, if desired
  • vanilla - 1 packet

How to make

Wash the dried fruits and soak them in cold water for at least 12 hours. Then pour the water through a coarse sieve and put it with the fruits to boil, add the sugar and cinnamon.

Once soft, add the honey and vanilla. Serve chilled, in a large glass bowl.
