How to make
The well-guarded secret recipe for KFC is still a mystery but I'd like to offer you my own very delicious version.
What you get is an exceptionally tender breaded meat that is incredibly aromatic and tasty. It wipes the floor with KFC! :)
Put the milk in a bowl, squeeze in the lemon juice and put the chicken meat in this mixture, rolling them in it well. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge to marinate for 6 hours.
Mix all of the dry spices in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk for the crumbing.
Take the meat out of the fridge, drain it from the mixture, dry it and dip each piece of meat first in the egg mixture, then in the dry one. Make sure to roll them well so that they're covered on all sides.
Put the pieces of chicken meat directly in the oil of a deep fryer, heated to 360°F (180 °C). Close the lid and fry for 15 min. or until golden. Drain them onto paper towels.
