How to make
Pour the flour, whipped eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls. Add the lemon zest to the bowl with the flour.
Dry the washed chicken breasts and cut them into strips. Season them well with the powdered garlic, black pepper and salt.
Roll them in the flour, then shake off any excess flour. Next, dip them in the egg mixture and finally roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the strips onto baking paper.
Pour the oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips in lots. Drain them on paper towels and serve with a garnish of your choice.
