  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1/2 tbsp.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and place them in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the honey, mustard, oil, salt and black pepper and beat with a fork for 4-5 minutes.

Pour the resulting marinade over the meat and mix well with your hands to distribute the marinade all over the meat.

Cover the bowl with cling film and store it in the refrigerator overnight (or longer, for example 24 hours).
