  • pork steaks - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • pickles - 4 - 5
  • bread - 2 slices
  • onions - 2 small heads or 1 large
  • potatoes - 2, boiled
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the steaks into thin strips. Chop the onions and pickles finely, put them in a deep container and to them add the mince, mashed potatoes, the soaked and crumbled bread, parsley, salt, black pepper to taste.

Knead the mince well. Arrange the strips of meat next to each other and put the mince across them on just one end.

Once you've placed the mince, cover the top with the strips of meat, forming a roll. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Wrap thread all around the roll, so it doesn't fall apart. Put it in a suitable oven dish and bake for 30 min. at 330°F (165 °C), then increase the heat. You need to get a crunchy crust.
