  • fish - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • onions - 2 heads
  • carrots - 1
  • parsley - 2 - 3 roots
  • tomatoes - 2
  • celery - 1 oz (30 g)
  • lemons - 1
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • black pepper - 10 - 15 peppercorns
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2

How to make

Finely chop the cleaned and washed parsley roots, onions, celery and carrot.

Put the fish, chopped veggies, bay leaf, black pepper and oil in salted water to boil.
