How to make
Peel the head of garlic and mash the cloves with salt and black pepper to taste, the butter, soy sauce, curry, ginger and another spice to taste, if desired.
Smear this paste generously and evenly over the turkey legs and put them in a buttered tray. Cover the tray with foil and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then, place the tray in a moderately heated oven. Bake the turkey legs about an hour, then remove the foil. Baste the turkey legs with the sauce from the tray and finish baking until they get a nice crisp.
Serve the turkey legs with garlic crust with a salad of your choice.
