  • farfalle - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • basil - 2 bunches, fresh
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • olives - 5.5 oz (150 g), pitted, sliced
  • salmon - 5.5 oz (150 g), smoked, diced
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • nutmeg - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • parmesan - 5.5 oz (150 g), grated

How to make

Blend the basil, parsley and garlic. Add the parmesan, olive oil, stir well. Transfer to a pan.

Add the fish, olives and lemon juice. Season with the nutmeg, black pepper and salt.

Keep it on the stove for about 6 min. Boil the pasta according to package directions. Strain it and mix it with the sauce. Stir carefully.
