"Pasta, cream sauce and bacon - 3 of the ingredients required to call a dish a classic, delicious wonder."

Ingredients

  • farfalle - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g), smoked
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
measures

How to make

Boil the pasta in salted water, according to package directions.

Cut the bacon into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a suitable pan and braise the bacon until golden. Set aside a small part of it for garnishing, pour the cream into the other part.

Season with salt and black pepper. Leave it to boil for 1-2 min., then add the pasta and a little of the water in which you boiled it, in order to dilute the sauce a bit.

Stir well and take it off the stove.

Chop the set aside bacon and a little parsley finely. Sprinkle over the pasta and serve right away.
