"An amazing appetizer for a special occasion - smoked salmon with capers and pomegranate"

Ingredients

  • wholemeal bread - 6 slices
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.
  • smoked salmon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • capers - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • parsley
  • dill
  • garlic - 2 cloves

How to make

Toast the slices in a toaster.

Cut the salmon into pieces and add the capers and pomegranate seeds.

Season with olive oil, dill and garlic, pre-chopped.

Remove the slices, spread the salmon mixture on them and sprinkle the bruschettas with fresh parsley.

This smoked salmon with pomegranate and capers is a delicious and fresh summer offer that goes well with a glass of chilled white wine!
