How to make
Peel and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Sauté the onion in a little oil. When soft, add the mince and fry. It should become crumbly. Season with salt, black pepper and cumin.
Add paprika, stir to release its color and aroma and immediately top up with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water. Be careful not to burn it because it will taste bitter. Put the zucchini in the pan and add the coarsely cut garlic.
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer until the zucchini become tender. Stir occasionally. When the dish is ready, sprinkle it with chopped dill.
Mix all the ingredients for the garlic yoghurt. Serve the dish with 2-3 tablespoons of this yoghurt.
