Cut the rabbit meat into portions or bites and boil it with salt. Once cool, dry and dip it in the beaten eggs with a little black pepper and then in the ready-made dry batter. Fry until golden.
Cut the zucchini into strips and fry them, then wind them into rolls. Fill them with the qatiq, mixed with garlic and dill.
Arrange them in a dish and garnish with tomatoes.
