  • zucchini - 1 - 2 medium - sized
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • oil
  • mozzarella - 4 oz (120 g)

How to make

Wash the zucchini and cut them into strips using a potato peeler. Season with salt.

Arrange them in an oven dish and bake briefly, enough to soften them.
