How to make
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add to it the grated onion head, breadcrumbs and spices. Form 8 balls from the mixture. Clean the mushrooms from their stems and peel them.
Take a ball of mince and flatten it out. In the middle, put a mushroom and wrap it so that the opening of the mushroom remains uncovered. Do this with the other products too. Arrange them in an oven dish (greased) and fill them with diced ham.
Cut the cheese into cubes and mix it with the cream and a pinch of black pepper. Pour some mixture over each mushroom (in a heap).
Bake the dish at 370°F (190 °C) for about 20 minutes.
