Tenderize the steaks if you haven't been able to cut them thin.
Divide them into pairs on top of each other.
Put a strip of yellow cheese and ham between each pair.
Press them well.
Roll them well in breadcrumbs, eggs, breadcrumbs and fry the stuffed steaks well on both sides over medium heat.
