How to make
Wash the potatoes and cut them finely. Saute the mushrooms lightly in a pot with a little oil and to them add the onions, carrot and peppers, which have also been chopped finely.
Remove from the stove and add the potatoes and chopped pickles to the stuffing. Mix everything very well.
Put stuffing in the middle of the steaks, roll them closed and keep closed by sticking toothpicks through them.
Arrange them in a buttered oven dish, pour in the water and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready.
