"Aromatic and very sweet Apricot Rum Balls with a fruit center - this is the kind of love confession I`ve been dying for."

Ingredients

  • honey - 1/4 cup
  • rum - 3 tablespoons, or orange juice
  • waffles - 9 oz (250 g), crumbled, fine, chocolate
  • apricots - 6.5 oz (180 g) dried, finely chopped
  • sugar - crystalline, for rolling in

How to make

Mix the honey and rum (or orange juice) well. Add the crumbled chocolate waffles and stir until they absorb the liquid.

Add the chopped, dried apricots and mix until you get a uniform mixture. Shape into balls with a diameter of 3/4″ (2 cm) and roll them in the sugar.

Keep them in the refrigerator until it's time to serve.
