"Here`s how to quickly and easily make a tartar sauce, with which to flavor your favorite roasted meats or breaded goodies."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • mayonnaise - 1 cup (250 g)
  • green onions - 1 sprig
  • champignons - 2 oz (50 g) marinated
  • pickles - 1
  • yoghurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • mustard - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Beat the cream. Cut the pickle, eggs, fresh onions and mushrooms into very small pieces. Add a little of the cream and yoghurt and stir.

Add the salt and lemon juice. Add the mayonnaise and stir carefully. Add the mustard and stir the sauce again. Put it in gravy bowl and serve with roasted meats and baked fish.
