  • egg - 4 whites
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla - 1
  • walnuts - 2 tbsp (30 g), crushed

How to make

Whip the egg whites into hard snow. Add the vanilla. Separately, boil a thick syrup of sugar and water, add it in a thin stream to the egg whites, stirring nonstop.

Pour the cream into bowls and garnish with ground walnuts or fruits.
