"The secret to the tastiest potatoes is samardala. As for where the most fragrant samardala grows, you`ll have to find that out for yourself."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • samardala - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Place in a baking dish, and sprinkle them with samardala, while stirring.

Add a cup of water and spread the butter over the potatoes. Bake in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready.
