How to make
Peel and grate the pumpkin coarsely. Stew it in a little oil and sugar until soft and the water evaporates.
Spread each phyllo pastry sheet onto baking paper. Sprinkle it with a little oil, some of the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Roll it up with the paper. Place the rolls in a greased oven dish, pinch them together. Bake in a moderately hot oven until ready. After cooling, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
