How to make
Slice the onion and fry it in half of the butter until golden. Add the rice and fry, while stirring, until translucent.
Add 4/5 cup (200 ml) of broth and stir until the rice absorbs the liquid. Repeat this procedure two more times, taking care not to burn the rice.
Add the other half of the butter, grated cheese, chopped mushrooms and ham. Stir and serve.
