"Picking wild berries is no easy task but the tastiest wild berry jam comes from the first raspberries and blueberries of the season!"

Ingredients

  • blueberries - 2 cups (500 g)
  • blackberries - 2 cups (500 g)
  • raspberries - 2 cups (500 g)
  • strawberries - 2 cups (500 g)
  • sugar - 6.5 lb (3 kg)

How to make

The fruits are cleaned of their stems, then washed and dried. Mix them and coat with sugar. Leave them for 5 hours.

Heat the mixture on the stove until it boils. Stir constantly and remove the foam, turn the stove off and leave the jam on the stove. Then take it off and leave it to cool completely.

Put the jam back on the stove and after it reaches boiling point, boil for 5 more minutes on medium heat. Remove it from the heat and distribute the jam into clean, dry jars, close and turn them upside down.
