Ingredients

  • chicken - 1
  • cream - 2 tablespoons, cooking
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)

How to make

Wash and dry the chicken. Use scissors to cut it open down the middle. Salt, and smear it with cream.

Place the chicken in a pan with heated butter. Place a cover with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the pan on top, and press it down with a weight (such as a bowl of water).

Periodically turn the chicken over. Serve it smeared with mashed garlic.
